Do I have to move forward with your law firm to create documents after the meeting?
No! While we would love to help you (and over 80% of those that attend the meeting have us complete the plan), there is never any pressure. This meeting is YOUR opportunity to ask private questions 1-on-1 with an experienced estate planning attorney. The meeting can be used to review existing plans, go over your assets, and discuss planning goals.
What are total, all-in costs for an estate plan with your law firm?
Comprehensive planning starts at $1,850 total. Comprehensive planning includes a Last Will and Testament, Financial Power of Attorney, Healthcare Power of Attorney & Living Will.
This includes informational videos that explain each document that you can watch (or your family can watch if you choose). We also include our "Make It Official" Signing Ceremony at no additional cost with our on-staff notary and witnesses to properly execute your documents.
For families that wish to explore a Trust Plan, we offer several options starting at $3,800 for probate avoidance trusts.
Who do you typically work with?
While we work with a variety of families (ranging from parents with young children through the elderly), the majority of our clients are 55-75 years old, have a home, and have a net worth from $250,000 to $4,000,000. We don't cater our law firm to the "ultra-rich".
